With over 18 years of experience as a motivational speaker, communication coach, and leadership trainer, I have built a career dedicated to helping people grow with confidence and clarity. Holding a Doctorate in Mass Communication, I am a Pearson Certified Trainer with certifications in Instructional Design and Creativity from the BSE. My work spans teaching, corporate training, personality development, and public speaking, driven by the belief that strong communication and self-awareness can transform lives.I have delivered sessions for organizations such as Tata Indicom, the Bombay Stock Exchange, Toastmasters International, IIT Patna, and leading business schools.

My programs on motivation, leadership, personality development, and industry readiness are known for their interactive and practical approach. I have trained CA and CS students through structured soft-skill programs and conducted workshops for the CA community and the Chamber of Tax Consultants.My academic experience includes faculty development programs, bootcamps, curriculum and instructional design, and Train-the-Trainer programs. I have contributed to paper setting, external reviews, and academic evaluations across universities and presented research papers at national and international conferences. I also teach at NMIMS and other universities, creating lectures and digital learning content that enhance blended education.Beyond training, I have hosted and managed events across corporate, educational, and social spaces serving as a master of ceremonies for weddings, panel discussions, quizzes, and college festivals, and judging cultural and academic competitions.

My creative pursuits include voice-over work for video games, digital books, and entertainment projects, as well as content writing for social and corporate events. I have also organized guided walking tours in Mumbai connecting history, culture, and storytelling, and conducted training programs for Y.O.S.M. and Yuva Parivartan.Internationally, I have worked with Tutorean UK and Toastmasters International District 91, serving as President of the Harrovian Speakers Club in London, where I mentored speakers and earned recognition in contests. I am also a member of NEN, TiE, and the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, contributing to learning and professional development initiatives.Whether working with students, professionals, or industry leaders, my goal is to design experiences that inspire growth, spark ideas, and strengthen communication.
